Exchanges and returns
You can cancel an order and/or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product (or the disclosure document as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 - 1981, whichever is later), all subject to the cancellation terms detailed on the site.
Coordinating product pickup by a courier can be done by contacting the company's customer service.
For the avoidance of doubt, in any case of an error in the order by the company, the product replacement will be made in the same manner in which the original order was provided (address provided by the customer at the time of ordering).
In accordance with Ministry of Health regulations, underwear or bodysuits will not be exchanged or returned.
