Welcome to www.o-lingerie.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by O Lingerie LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("O Lingerie," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

Eligibility

The Site and our products are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this Site or purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly sell products to, or collect personal information from, individuals under 18 years of age.

Use of Site

The materials available on this Site are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the Site to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to secured portions of the Site

  • Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it
  • Resell any merchandise purchased through the Site

Products and Ordering

Product Descriptions

Product descriptions and photos are for informational purposes only. We make every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color or image will be accurate. Product styles, designs, and colors shown on the Site may be subject to change without notice.

Product Availability

We cannot guarantee product availability for all products at any given time. Product availability is determined at the time when you are emailed a shipping confirmation. O Lingerie reserves the right to refuse orders, limit order quantities, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. O Lingerie reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars and are inclusive of any applicable sales taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged to your account will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • PayPal
  • Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

  • Gift Cards

For security reasons, we do not store complete payment information in our database and use it only for the specific order.

Shipping and Delivery

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days within the continental United States.

We offer free shipping on orders over $200. For orders under $200, a shipping fee of $20 applies.

We reserve the right to modify shipping rates and policies without prior notice. The shipping rate applied to your order will be the rate in effect at the time of purchase.

O Lingerie is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

You may cancel and return your order within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through email, WhatsApp, or the dedicated return link on our website.

For returned items, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or $30, whichever is lower. For product returns (as opposed to exchanges), return shipping costs will apply. For orders over $200, return shipping is free; for orders under $200, a return shipping fee of $20 will apply.

Returns must be in their original condition with tags attached, packaging intact, and hygiene stickers (if applicable) still in place. Products showing signs of wear, damage, missing original packaging, or removed hygiene stickers may not be eligible for a full refund.

For defective items, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping costs for defective merchandise.

Exchange Policy

All exchanges are provided completely free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order. There are no shipping or handling fees for size or color exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, you must contact our customer service within this 30-day period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

The original product must be returned in its original condition with tags attached and hygiene stickers (if applicable) still in place. Products showing signs of wear, damage, missing original packaging, or removed hygiene stickers may not be eligible for exchange.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased on the Site using credit cards only.

Gift cards:

  • Are valid for at least five years from the date of purchase
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash (except as required by law)
  • Cannot be returned or refunded once purchased
  • Are not responsible for loss, theft, or unauthorized use

If you redeem a gift card for an amount less than the gift card value, you may be entitled to receive the difference in cash if the difference is less than 5% of the gift card value or $30, whichever is lower.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of O Lingerie or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The O Lingerie name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of O Lingerie. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of O Lingerie.

User Submissions

Any information or materials (messages, reviews, ideas, or suggestions) submitted to O lingerie become, upon your submission, the property of O Lingerie. O Lingerie shall be entitled to use such materials for any type of use without compensation to you. By submitting any materials to O Lingerie, you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to such materials.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all products and services offered through the site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

No warranty is made regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the site or the accuracy, reliability, or content of any information or service provided through the site.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall o lingerie, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from:

  1. Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content
  2. Personal injury or property damage related to your use of the site
  3. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  4. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our site
  5. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our site
  6. Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the site

In no case shall o lingerie's liability to you exceed the purchase price of the products you have ordered.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless O lingerie, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site.

Force Majeure

O lingerie shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

However, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any products purchased through the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Israel. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel for the purpose of litigating all such claims.

Changes to Terms

O Lingerie reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
