Returns and Shipping Policy

Returns and Refunds

You may cancel and return your order within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through email.

For product returns (as opposed to exchanges), a return shipping fee of $20 will apply.

Returns must be in their original condition with tags attached, packaging intact, and hygiene stickers (if applicable) still in place. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging or hygiene stickers may not be eligible for a full refund.

For defective items, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping costs for defective merchandise.

Exchanges

Product exchanges are provided completely free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order. There are no shipping or handling fees for size or color exchanges, provided the items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene stickers intact (if applicable).

Shipping Information

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days within the continental United States. We offer free shipping on orders over $200. For orders under $200, a shipping fee of $20 applies.

We reserve the right to modify shipping rates and policies without prior notice. The shipping rate applied to your order will be the rate in effect at the time of purchase.
